At Buckle Bev, we're committed to upgrading your weekend wardrobe with the highest quality hands-free drink-holding gear. We want you to be completely satisfied with your belt buckle drink holder. Please review our policy carefully before initiating a return.

By placing an order with Buckle Bev, you agree to the terms outlined below.

🍻 Product Satisfaction

The Buckle Bev is a heavy-duty metal buckle built to last. We understand there may be a slight learning curve to mastering the quick-draw and snapping your beverage securely into place.

For this reason, we recommend testing the product on a few different belts and practicing with your favorite 12oz cans at least 2-3 times before requesting a return. Many users find that once they get the hang of the fold-down locking mechanism, it becomes their absolute favorite hands-free accessory for grilling, tailgating, or wrenching in the garage.

📦 Return Eligibility

You may request a return if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • The product is returned in its original condition, including the metal buckle and all original packaging.

  • The item is not damaged, altered, or excessively worn.

  • Proof of purchase is provided.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used items showing signs of visible, excessive wear, deep scratches, or misuse.

  • Items missing original parts, accessories, or packaging.

  • Products damaged due to improper use or neglect.

  • Final sale or clearance items.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Authorized returns must be shipped to: 312 W. 2nd Street, Casper, WY 82601

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Buckle Bev is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds may be subject to handling or restocking deductions where permitted by law.

💡 Partial Refund (Keep-It Option)

In certain situations, Buckle Bev may offer a partial refund (e.g., 25%) with no return required. This option is designed to save you from high return shipping costs and provide a faster resolution. Acceptance constitutes full and final settlement of the order.

🔧 Damaged or Defective Items

If your buckle arrives damaged or the fold-down ring malfunctions within 48 hours of delivery, please contact us immediately with clear photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
