Buckle Bev Shipping Policy

At Buckle Bev, we’re committed to getting your hands-free gear to your waist as fast as possible. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

📦 Order Processing Time

  • Dispatch: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Schedule: Processing does not include weekends or public holidays.

  • Peak Demand: During high-volume trends, processing may take slightly longer. You’ll receive a tracking number the moment your buckle leaves the warehouse.

🚚 Estimated Delivery Timeframes

(United States, UK, Australia & Europe)

  • Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days.

  • Remote Areas: 8–14 business days.

  • Note: Delivery times are estimates. We aim for speed, but carrier schedules are out of our hands once the package is in transit.

Shipping Delays (Important)

We aren't fans of waiting either, but delays can happen due to carrier volume, weather, or customs.

  • Buckle Bev is not responsible for carrier-related delays once shipped.

  • Policy: Shipping delays do not qualify for chargebacks or refunds while the package is still actively in transit.

📍 Tracking Your Buckle

  • Tracking numbers are sent via email once the order ships.

  • Updates may take 24–48 hours to show up in the carrier’s system.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to monitor tracking. If it’s moving, it’s coming!

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Double-check your address. We are not responsible for lost or returned packages due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Failed delivery attempts or "unclaimed" packages.

  • Reshipping fees will apply if a package is returned to us for these reasons.

📦 Lost or Stuck Packages

A package is officially "lost" only if:

  • Tracking shows no movement for 15 business days after dispatch.

  • The carrier confirms the shipment is lost. In these rare cases, we will ship a replacement or provide an alternative resolution.

⚠️ Chargebacks & Disputes

We’re here to help. Please contact Buckle Bev Support before filing a chargeback.

  • Any chargeback filed while an order is in transit, within the estimated window, or actively tracked will be disputed using the carrier’s delivery evidence.
